There is nothing better for a wedding photographer than to become friends with the bride and groom. I remember first meeting Cassy and Jason at church after we had exchanged a few e-mails regarding their wedding.  I knew as soon as I met them that I wanted not only be a part of their wedding day, but also a part of their lives.  I immediately felt connected with Cassy as I was also a young bride and had a short engagement. I felt like I was looking back at myself and where I was 18 years ago. Then, came the engagement session. . .what a blast!  Jason and Cassy are so sweet and were totally in love. And completely natural in front of the camera!  It was the turning point for me when I realized that there was nothing better than capturing two people in love. I had been solely focused on children’s photography and thought that I might do weddings every now and then.  Well, Jason and Cassy changed that for me! :)  Their wedding day was like a fairy tale.  It couldn’t have been any more beautiful.
