I remember when I very first got their inquiry thinking to myself, “They have something special.” And well, they really do. Through five years, challenges + victories, tears and laughter, sorrow and joy, Alex and Marit have walked through life together and seeing them walk down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. Busilacchi was a moment I’ll never forget.

Alex is so genuine, loyal and kind, and Marit has a bubbly personality that everyone wants to be around! I have LOVED getting to know the two of them and watch their story unfold and seeing them stroll through the vineyard had my heart doing leaps! I could have taken portraits of these two ALL day!! They were both so easy going and willing to do anything, even despite the crazy humidity and triple digit heat!

Alex and Marit’s wedding day was a fairy tale because they both had such incredible families who went to extremes to make sure everything was perfect! Both coming from big families from Norway and Italy, their guests knew how to laugh but they sure to how to have fun! I’ve never been a wedding where I heard as much laughter and excitement!

Marit and Alex, thank you for giving me the honor of being a part of your wedding day! It was a Tuscan fairy tale and I couldn’t be more thrilled for you two! Enjoy Santorini and the clear Mediterranean Sea! I can’t wait to hear all about it :)
