Ohhhhh man where do I even begin!? Colin and Kalli first reached out via Jacquelyn at Harmony Meadows outside Lake Chelan way back in the spring of 2019 for their June 2020 wedding and I was PUMPED. Come to find out, I was already booked on their date, but we got together for coffee, basically became best friends and my mom was going to shoot their wedding while I was at another venue photographing another wedding. LONG story short, covid cancelled their 2020 wedding and postponed it to June of 2021…a date I was already again, booked on. So we just pushed everything out another whole year and got to know each other. Colin and Kalli showed up in one of my hardest seasons last summer with a bag full of my favorite Trader Joe’s treats after I had an extensive unexpected surgery and I just have to share HOW much that has meant to me. Colin and Kalli, I just am SO thankful for you both!!! Fast forward to 2021, and my initial wedding on their 2021 date postponed yet again, leaving me available to be a part of Colin and Kalli’s day with my mom. It just felt right. From all of our coffee dates and phone calls, postponements and shuffling details, I just knew I somehow had to be a part of their day, and it all fell into place so beautifully!!

Harmony Meadows was the absolute perfect backdrop for these two. Tucked in the valley between Lake Chelan and the mountains in Manson, this venue is like stepping into the perfect timeless, classy, southern retreat. It’s truly like a little paradise when you step onto the grounds!!

Alllll this to say, Colin and Kalli, thank you a thousand times for choosing me and my mom to be a part of this season of life. You two have such beautiful, genuine and caring hearts and your families are just so incredible. I think your wedding reception, filled with so many friends and family members, is such an example of the people you are. You see people and love people so well and both have such beautiful hearts that welcome everyone in. We both feel so honored to have been a part of your day and can’t wait for all of our wine tasting and coffee date times together in the future… love you guys!!!
