Feel free to cozy up with your favorite beverage (if you're like me, then maybe it's an espresso over ice with a splash of cream, or a warm matcha latte if it's cold outside!) and stay awhile. This is my place to share not just beautiful weddings or sessions, but to share my life. My hope is through this, you'll get to know a bit more about me and all the beautiful people that make it worth living!

Little House on the Prairie with Grandma // Homeschooling

My sisters-in-law and I feel so blessed to have such an a wonderful mom (mother-in-law) who loves our children and loves being a grandma.  Mom spent a couple months with Kadin and Ethan last year doing a unit study using Little House on the Prairie books.  They would read during the week on their own and then come together to discuss what they had read. Then, they would do a fun craft or project relating to what they had read.  This week shown below focused on baked apples. It was a very simple, but fun project that they boys enjoyed immensely. Who knew how much work beating eggs took without an electrical appliance? :)
