I knew from their very first inquiry that I wanted to be a part of their lives…they were just too awesome!!! Our first phone conversation left me almost speechless, running into my husband’s office saying, “Babe!!! I think I just got off the phone with the most special couple EVER!”

These past few months of getting to know Jon and Emilee and hear bits and pieces of their story has convinced me completely that these two are not only some of the sweetest people you will ever meet, they have the ability to make those around them feel like they’re all that matters in the world. And when the two of them are together!!?? Words are inadequate! I cannot wait for their destination wedding in Mazama in just a few short months!

The two of them met at Whitworth University where they both attended school and now serve on the staff there…I would have gone to college there JUST so I could have them in my life! So it was only fitting when they mentioned they brought their Whitworth shirts at the end of our afternoon together, and they’re some of my favorite photos of the day!!!

I think we were all a little excited that the weather played in our favor and was the perfect temperature, and the location we chose tucked into the mountains was like a little slice of paradise…in the Pacific Northwest ;) Can’t WAIT to share more from their session, and from their wedding!!! <3
