Oh, where to even begin!! I remember when Kelly first wrote me earlier this summer with the hopes of documenting an incredibly special season in their lives! I couldn’t WAIT to be a part of it all!! Steve and Kelly got married on a little family getaway this last month with their kids and their spouses and Kelly asked if I could photograph their families becoming one big family! I absolutely said a huge YES! It was better than I could have imagined and getting to meet their family was SO special!! We initially planned to have their session on a Saturday afternoon, but when the forecast called for a 100% chance of rain, we rescheduled for Sunday morning and the weather was perfect.

Perfect. 

I was SO excited to meet up with them!! We started the morning off just behind main street in downtown Chelan, and ended along the waterfront. The fall leaves were shining in all their glory and the lake created the most perfect background!! I loved how casual and simple and fun our morning was together!! I can’t wait for the next time I’ll get to see their entire families and watch them grow!!

It was so special to meet Kelly’s daughter, Annie-Brynn and relate so closely to her as she was anticipating the arrival of her little girl, and my little girl being so close in age!! Since their session, Annie-Brynn became a mama to precious Helen Rose!!! She’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Ahh. I’m just so excited for their families, but I’ll let the photos do the talking!! :) Enjoy!!
