September weddings in Lake Chelan always have been and forever will be some of my very favorite weddings of the year. It’s the perfect combination of warm summer-like days, cool sunsets and the glowiest golden hours. It’s the time when heaters come out after sunset and warm blankets are available for guests. But my favorite part is that you can still enjoy a summer dress and cocktail hour with the sun on your back! And Zack and Allegra’s Tsillan Cellars Wedding in Chelan was ALL of those things! Situated just above the lake with stunning views of the mountains, Zack and Allegra said I do in front of all of their favorite people and celebrated with an INCREDIBLE dinner spread by Sorrentos Ristorante. If you’ve ever wondered what the catering is like at Sorrentos, they don’t forget ANYTHING. Their food is absolutely phenomenal!

Allegra had an epic surprise dance with her dad that shocked all of the guests and they left their wedding in style with an epic convertible. She got ready with her bridesmaids at an absolutely stunning Airbnb on the Southshore of the lake. With huge windows that overlook the water, it was the perfect place to begin the day! After dinner, I convinced them that we had the perfect window to capture the last of the sun and it couldn’t have been more romantic!! These two are just SO fun and being a part of their day was such a privilege! I just wanted to share a little peek into their day with some of my very favorite sunset portraits and a few details to highlight what a beautiful, special, and romantic day it was.
