It’s confirmed that I’m still 100% on a major high after this perfect engagement session and after meeting these two incredible humans. AND don’t even get me started on their dog. I’m not even a pet person and Appa the Sheepadoodle has stolen my heart!!! Sorry babe, we’re getting a third child!

Kieren & Amanda met me on I think what was one of the brightest and sunniest days we’ve had all spring, but as a photographer, it pushed me WAY out of my comfort zone! They made my job so easy (how could they not!? Just look at them!!) that I didn’t even realize what a challenge the light was, and I fell in LOVE with shooting in full sun during this session! We met up at one of my favorite places just outside of Chelan that is tucked right into the mountains and has the greatest pockets of nature to take advantage of for photos!! The hills were covered in wild sunflowers…it was completely breathtaking!!

Their wedding isn’t until NEXT summer, but you better believe I’m counting down the days just as much as they are, because it means I get to hang out with these two on the most epic day and meet all their friends and family who I know are just as cool as they are. I seriously have the best job. I just get to hang out with the greatest people and be a small part of the sweetest season of their life and it’s the BEST!
